Kathy’s been an entrepreneur since she was 12 years old. At different times in her life, she has owned a working farm, a restaurant/bakery and an online bookstore all while working other full-time jobs. Kathy knows the demands of being a small business owner. She understands how daunting and all-consuming it is to run an organization.
People call Kathy when they need assistance, because Kathy not only listens, but hears what isn’t being said. She confronts reality and helps you uncover trigger points that are blocking your success. She sees possibilities and builds concepts that work. When you are with Kathy, she is fully engaged, never distracted and always curious.
Those full time jobs? Kathy has held managerial positions in operations, leadership development, quality, training, regulatory affairs and human resources. As a certified organizational development professional, Kathy has helped numerous organizations Grow to Greatness. They include, Pfizer, Corning, Nypro, Navajo Housing Authority, Gates Corporation, Bausch & Lomb, Colorado Finance and Housing Authority, Stant and Harley-Davidson.
She’s been lucky and she knows it: Kathy’s jobs took her around the world; working with people in Asia, Europe, Canada, Mexico and the U.S.A. As a consultant, she has worked with organizational leaders in retail, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, automotive, non-profit, governmental and service sectors.
Kathy is a lifelong learner. She is a Professional Leadership Coach, a Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds an MBA. When Kathy isn’t helping clients, you will find her reading.
